the singapore shopping?

Like i said on my previous post, of course i went shopping while i was in SG.. it is now the BIG sale in SG! :D

Anyways, this is the first trip which i went to SG alone :D but exploring Orchard Rd isn't my first time.. it was nice to be able to walk Orchard Rd again and reminisce the good ol' times..

This time around, i didn't get any designer items.. yes, you heard me right :P instead i got things which aren't for me!

Example, these cute lil paper clips.. the dolphin ones is for nikie while the cat ones is for cheryl (their fav animal)

Key clip is for me! as i always have a problem finding my keys in my bag.. a few times i felt my heart skipped a beat when i couldn't find my keys.. thought i lost it.. hehe :P

Bought some things for the house too..

A scent diffuser for my bathroom.. lemongrass fragrance <3 a="" bkk="" lot..="" me="" of="" p="" reminds="">

Some cord clips as well.. to organise the electrical cords

And some fake white calla lilies..

My all time fav flower.. told my friends before that if i ever get married, i'd want a bouquet of it :D

Ok ok, back to my post...

I also bought some baby stuff for my Angeli, my ex sister in-law

Yes, she's preggie and i am sooooooo excited for her.. the baby didn't want to show his/her gender hence we all don't know what baby clothes to buy and colour.. and since i know many people would buy those normal baby essentials, so i got her items which she'd never though of! hahaha..

Okay, so far overall i spent a good trip to SG.. can't wait to go there again soon :)

What is nanablock?

If you could remember, i got a few sets of nanablock for Valentine's Day

Before i started building it, i went to Daiso to buy 4 display boxes.. to display my nanoblock, of course! :P before i go to sleep, i will at least build 3 sets.. well, sometimes 4.. hehe

Slowly, i fill in 1 display box at a time...

And now, i've filled up ALL 4!! i NEED more!!

Besides the cute animals, i got some micro buildings as well :)

whiteBerry?

Ever since the BlackBerry becomes popular and people started raving about it, i've secretly wanted to get my hands on it.. but due to the stupid dummy phone at maxis, i can't access to the real phone to test it out..

Then as my friends got themselves a BB (mostly bold 9700), i'd asked them to tell/show me how does a BB works.. i fell in love after that.. i went home and googled the phone, it comes in black only :( hence many people (especially the girls) would zhng (to decorate) their BBs with colorful diamantes..

Since it comes in black only, so i'm not really keen to get it.. plus my trusty nokia E71 hasn't fail on me yet.. then a few months ago as i was browsing the web, i got to know that the BB will come in white! YAY!

So i waited and waited.. after a few months, i saw one of my friends on FB is selling the white BB.. my patience paid off! haha.. i messaged him instantly.. found out the price, got a nod from russ for approval to buy and then COD a few days after that..

Although the camera is only 3.2MP but i can tell you that the picture quality is soooooooooooooo much better than the E71..

I've changed from prepaid to postpaid and took the BB plan from maxis.. i know that there's better plans out there but since i still want to keep my number, i got no other choice.. my plan is rm50 for calls, extra rm8 each month for sms-es (as i'm a sms person) and rm120 for the BB plan (data usage)..

It has only been 2 weeks since i bought the BB and now i can't live without it! it's addictive! uploading pictures has never been easier.. just snap and upload.. i used to snap with my camera, transfer to my laptop, edit and upload..

And i can keep in touch with russ so much easier :D way before i got my E71, i can only check my emails when i'm at home.. then with the E71, i can check my FB and emails.. but it was quite expensive as i was still using prepaid.. i had to constantly access to my email to check if russ had reply my emails or not.. BUT with the BB, i'd get a 'ping' every time i get a new email! so basically now, i can reply russ's email right after he sent it to me.. and if i'm lucky enough, he'd reply me instantly too! :)

Well, it has a good side and the bad for the 'push email' function.. the bad side is that it drains the BB's battery quite fast :( to tackle this problem.. i got myself a car charger! hehe..

SO, anyone out there has a BB too? we can BBM each other ;)


ps: i've never been an iphone fan so i won't be getting the new iphone 4.. russ asked me why don't i want the iphone.. well, i want to keep my nails long! :p plus i'm not a fan of touchscreen too :D

I know that it's a lil too late but hey, it's still chinese new year, right? :p

Celebrating chinese new year in singapore was pretty bored as most of the shops were closed.. for a few days.. the whole of takashimaya was closed for a couple of days hence i didn't get to shop much :( BUT i got my valentine's pressie!! ;)

Speaking of valentine's day, how did you guys celebrate it?

Well obviously we were in singapore.. so on 13th feb, we went out for dinner @ billy bombers which is near to our hotel..

 

  

  

  

  

  

  

After dinner, we walked to the cathay and watched 'the wolfman'.. which is a LOUSY movie.. trailer was good but movie suck BIG time.. DO NOT watch it.. don't say i didn't warn ya ;)

I had the cajun hotdog and my bb had the kobe (crossbred between Wagyu with Angus cattle) beef.. yummy.. as soft and tender as a tenderloin :D

We then walked across to cathay cineplex to watch 'valentine's day'.. my bb thinks the movie is too complicated as everyone is connected to everyone.. not in 1 way but a few ways.. which makes it confusing.. FOR HIM :p

Now, it's time to show you what i got this year :)

This is why i asked my bb NOT to buy me a BIG bunch of roses.. although he remembers what i said, he still bought me a stalk of rose.. awwww and it cost SGD10! =.="

AND it died!! :'(

At the mean time, this is my fav bag (brea pm in pomme d amour).. my bb thinks it suits me well.. i don't look old with it.. haha..

 

What else can i ask for more? 

My bb was with me (the most important person), we had yummy dinner, we watched movie, i got a rose and a pressie.. and oh yea, we had sex ;) *blushing*

Yes, it's a hair clip.. isn't it cute? :) my bb helped me to choose the color and design.. with blings or without.. hehe.. he does have good taste ;)

Anyway, as we were window shopping at mandarin gallery @ maritius mandarin hotel, sg, we came across this outlet.. i was so excited and the cute lil clip doggies caught my eye..

where's the b'day pressie?

Some people might ask 'where's your b'day present that your hubby promised?', 'why haven't you brag about it yet?', 'so what you forced (pointing a gun to my bb's head) your hubby to buy for you this time?' and etc..

To be honest, my bb already said to me that i MIGHT get flamed if i post up what he got for me as my belated b'day present.. coz he knows that people are just plain jealous and loves to say bad things about other people so that they can look 'REAL' good.. but i told him 'so? i have a very loving hubby who loves to pamper and spoil me once awhile.. let them be jealous then' =.= i can't make everyone happy, riiiiiiiiiiiiight? i'm just a VERY lucky b-i-a-t-c-h AND i DO count my blessings, mind YOU!

Anyway, regarding about my mont blanc bracelet.. we took it to the mont blanc shop at pavilion and the SA was surprised to see my missing mother of pearl =.= luckily they can replace it for me FOC but it will take at least a few weeks coz they're ordering it from germany..


My bb asked me what do i want for my b'day present when we were in the mont blanc shop.. i did have my eyes on a bracelet BUT the price tag made my eyes popped out! it's retail at rm10k.. yea i know o.O

Of course we didn't get it.. it looks quite simple and besides i already have a bracelet.. so my bb bought me something else :)

It's NOT black in color.. instead it's more like red wine color.. under the light you can see the sparkles and reddish color :p



Do you know how to tell the difference between an authentic and a replica rosewood? let me tell you..

An authentic bag won't have a zipper IN the bag and oh, look at the tag inside



There's NO monogram underneath an authentic bag



There's a small lil round buckle at the end of the zipper for an authentic bag



There's only ONE compartment in an authentic bag




So, if you see a rosewood with monogram beneath it then it's definately a replica :p it's the EASIEST to spot..
