Last week i finally have the chance to try his cooking and i can guarantee you that his cooking is awesome.. he graduated from Taylor's Uni at Sunway and he is one of the partners at Burger Camp back in Ipoh, Perak..
Recently he moved to KL and got a job with The Morning After.. yes yes, when i first heard it, it reminds me of 'the morning after' pill.. haha..
How do you describe The Morning After?
The Morning After is a place where you can chill, hang out, eat and have a good cup of joe. They serve breakfasts, sandwiches, pastas, burgers, desserts and etc..
The outlet which now i frequent the most is in TTDI, it's quite a nice comfy cosy place to chill
Below are some photos of the outlet
My current fav now
Eggs benedict; two poached eggs on english muffin, smoked salmon, baby spinach and hollandaise sauce
Roast chicken served with salad and mashed potatoes; special request (no cherry tomatoes)
Shoestring fries with truffle oil
Soft shell crab pasta with napolitan sauce and rocket salad
Wild mushroom soup with truffle oil, chunky oyster mushroom and croutons
Grilled salmon with apple and watercress salad, horseradish sauce, daikon and mashed potato
Perfectly grilled by Chef Nigel
Spicy aglio olio with shrimps & zucchini
Yes the food taste as good as it looks..
If you happen to pop by TMA, you can check with the floor staff if Chef Nigel is in.. for now he'll be in TTDI outlet for a month and then he'll be back to The Pinnacle
Aaaaand if you would want to know how Chef Nigel looks like, here's a photo of him in his work area
So far they have 6 outlets which are :-
- TMA @ Ativo Plaza (Bandar Sri Damansara)
- TMA @ The Pinnacle (Bandar Sunway)
- TMA @ Jaya One (Palm Square)
