my 1st organised Fairlady gathering...

Last year in May, i've organised a gathering via FB.. didn't expect too many cars to come actually.. overall it was fun and we get to know each other..

It started off at Al-Barkath, Oasis Damansara where we gathered and had lunch while we waiting for the rest of the guys to arrive.. at that time i managed to get Mat Canyon to join us.. we need a photog! hehe..

After lunch, we decided to take a drive.. to take some rollin' shots, as usual.. so we headed to Putrajaya.. mat canyon was rolling in a 350z cabriolet, with the top down he had ample space to move around and shoot

When we arrived at Putrajaya, there was a crowd.. it was on a weekend hence people would be hang out at the area and some are doing the tourist-y thing.. we parked our cars and people came to our cars and took photos

We had to shoo the people away in order to take a nice photo, hehe

We had fun and i decided to organise another gathering for us which happened not too long ago, early Jan 2015

THE skyline gathering...

The Nissan Skyline has always been very close to my heart, especially the R34 GTR.. i am very lucky that the skyline boys are very friendly and i got an invitation to attend their gathering (after i hijacked one of the member's post on fb) :P

It's the gathering which in a way played a role; changing my single status..

Anyways, the gathering was on 21st Nov 2014.. we were being told to gather at the Kinrara R&R.. there was a bunch of skylines, some silvia and of course 2 fairladys.. lots of photo taking, as usual

When there are this many 'monsters' around, for sure there will be a drive/blast down the MEX highway

Last but not least, how could we forget a group photo session!

I was the only girl owner and driver that night :D

We made it into a car magazine!

ps: later i found out, that night itself 'someone' was observing me from afar *blush*

Every now and then, especially during friday or saturday nights i will text my car boys asking them what are their plans.. usually they are very spontaneous..

Just like tonight, 1st Feb.. i was sitting at home and was bored hence i texted Merlvyn from Mcclubz asking him what was the plan.. and boom! i ended up at this mamak in Glenmarie with a bunch of car guys/boys..

As usual i was the 'that one girl that always hangs out wit the boys coz its less drama' :P

We were catching up with each other.. i finally get to meet Remus from Motorsport Playground after some time.. he's really a busy man.. with his car wrapping business..

After a few hours of chatting, some of us decided to go for a drive.. as i've not sat in a vtec car before, i quickly jumped into a DC5R.. hehe.. it is a loud muthaf**ker! screaming all the way from LDP to penchala

No, the car isn't half black.. it's carbon fibre! from the bonnet to the fender to the bumper.. am lovin' it.. not sure about you

Overall, it was a fun night! can't be any better.. well.. IF only the boyfie was there with me :P

If you've been following my blog, you should've know that i am a car girl.. i might not be the one who take part in competition or even track the Zed but i am very much interested in cars..

I've almost stop posting about my baby Zed on my blog coz of what happened to the R34.. it doesn't mean that i've sold her off :P i am still driving her everyday for... 8 years now..

Still look the same.. stock standard, no modification.. except the bodykit had more chips

I don't think i would have the heart to sell her.. she has sentimental value to me.. it's really not JUST a car

reflecting the past year...

My first post in 2015

It's 2.23am and i am sitting in front of my lappie, unable to sleep as there's just too much things going on in my head.. reflecting back to almost a year ago since i blogged, so many things had happened.. i went through joy, laughters, heartache, tears, disappointment, love, breakup and etc.. so much pain inflicted to my fragile heart.. BUT i don't wish that all these never happened coz whatever that happened, made me who i am today..

For the past year, i've gained some new friends and lost an old friend.. i found love but lost it after 6 months.. maybe we're just not meant to be.. it really shattered my fragile heart.. for the past 1 month i lost weight and dropped a dress size.. either i wasn't eating right OR not eating at all.. friends were concerned/worried.. cried to sleep almost everyday.. but eventually i snapped out from it with the help of my friends and mum.. i was hitting the gym almost everyday, dieting and started to take care of myself.. i got my confident back and picking up the pieces.. started to plan an online business.. doing research and etc.. found someone who would be interested to be my partner..

I got involved once again in motorsports.. attending car events, car clubs gathering and organising gathering for my own Fairlady Z club.. i met new people and soon we became friends.. i am the 'that one girl that always hangs out with the boys coz its less drama'.. the boys accepted me well in their group even i don't drive the same car as them :P oh well.. perhaps coz i am a girl! the perks of being the fairer sex.. haha

Then i met 'someone' during one of the car gathering.. that someone made me smile again.. not the normal smile, but the silly smile that i thought had once long gone.. things happened very naturally and i begin having butterflies in my tummy each time we met.. as i got to know him better, i realise our path crossed many times.. fate perhaps?

Soon it will be new year, the year of goat and i will be getting older by another year.. another year, wiser me? i do hope so..
